Refund policy

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you are not satisfied we will exchange or refund providing the item(s) is returned in perfect condition with all labels and tags attached within 14 days.  Please note this applies only to goods purchased through our online store and refunds can only be processed through this site. The cost of returns is down to the buyer, but we would recommend using a recorded or signed for service as we will not be held liable in the event the parcel goes missing.

Simply fill in your pre-printed returns form indicating which items you are returning and whether you require an exchange or refund. Place this form in the parcel with the items you are returning and ship to the following returns address:

Refunds will be made via the original method of payment within 10 days of receiving goods.
